The Derpartment of Education Basketball Referees Association ( DEBRA), inc. is an organized group of professional teachers  and employees who are accredited sports offcials, committed to a culture of quality public service as a competent, professional, and physically fit game offcials and envisions the development of youth sports.


MISSION

The DEBRA as a family commits itself to provide quality offciating or management of games that is accessible and affordable to all and to make every game a learning experience and opportunity to grow while promoting sports for all and continually improve, develop and expand membership and programs relevant for transformation, interaction, collaboration that is motivated and  dedicated in the performance and exercise of the duties and responsibilities as a "Professional" Basketball Referee.
